Pursuant to the provisions stated in Articles 11 and 12 of the Law on Association (“The Official Gazette of RS”, nos. 51/09, 99/2011, 44/2018 – other law), at the founding assembly of the Serbian Society of Clinical Microbiology, held in Belgrade on 20th December 2021, we adopted

THE STATUTE

of the Serbian Society of Clinical Microbiology

Serbian Society of Clinical Microbiology (hereinafter: the Society) is a permanent non-governmental, voluntary, professional and non-profit association, established with the aim of accomplishing objectives in the area of development, support and advancement in the field of clinical microbiology.

This Statute defines the name, the aims and activities, the means of achieving objectives, the seat of the Society, membership requirements, members’ rights and responsibilities, organisation and structure of the Society, its representation, attainment and management of material goods, public presence, decision-making processes, associations and membership in international bodies, agreeing on statutory amendments and public symbols of the Society.
